We manufacture customized and industrial-grade racking systems such as supermarket racks, heavy-duty racks, warehouse racks, and slotted angle racks.
Because our products are made to order and manufactured as per customer requirements, we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances, except in case of manufacturing defects.
1. No Return Policy
Once an order is confirmed and manufacturing has started, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
All racks are produced according to the customer’s approved specifications (size, design, material, color, load capacity).
2. No Refund Policy
Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases where:
- The product delivered has a verified manufacturing defect, and
- The issue cannot be repaired or replaced.
No refunds are provided for:
- Wrong size/information provided by the customer
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Delays caused by transportation, third-party logistics, or unavoidable circumstances
3. Replacement in Case of Defect
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos/videos as proof.
- Our team will verify the issue.
- If approved, we will repair or replace the defective part/product free of cost.
Replacements will not be provided for damage caused by:
- Misuse
- Wrong installation by a third party
- Overloading
- Handling damage after delivery
4. Custom Orders
All orders are considered custom manufacturing orders, and therefore are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
